A few years ago, most markets had 20-40 bidders. If you wanted to be on the first page of results, you had to be in the top 25%. Not all that hard, actually. Today the “best” markets - the ones where the most money can be made - have 100, 200, 500, occasionally 1000 bidders.
Which means now you MUST be in the top 3-5% to even stand a chance.
